Terms for donors

What your donation does

Your donation goes into a pooled fund. We use this fund to send small, fast emergency grants to women in Europe who need immediate help. We do not earmark individual donations to individual women; doing so would slow down response times and compromise the privacy of vulnerable individuals.

How we spend it

92% of all donated funds goes directly to emergency grants. The remaining 8% covers essential operating costs: transaction fees, bookkeeping, security, and web infrastructure. We publish full quarterly reports detailing incoming contributions and outgoing disbursements.

Monthly recurring gifts

You can contribute once or choose a monthly donation. Monthly contributions allow us to plan ahead and approve grants on the very day a woman applies. You can cancel your monthly gift at any time by emailing hello@csavolunteers.com. No retention calls or roadblocks.

Refunds

If you made a donation by mistake, please notify us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund, provided the money has not already been granted to an applicant. Once an emergency grant has reached a recipient, it cannot be recalled.

Receipts & Tax

Every donor receives an immediate electronic payment receipt. We operate transparently in Europe while formal registration is finalized. Please consult your local tax authority regarding specific deductibility rules in your jurisdiction.

Privacy & Anonymity

We never sell, rent, or trade your contact information. You may choose to donate anonymously; we will only retain your email address to deliver your mandatory receipt.
