What went well
We approved our first emergency grant within 72 hours of launching. Three partner community organizations signed on in the first month across Sweden, Poland, and Ukraine. Women referred directly by partners were verified and approved twice as fast as cold applications.
What did not go well
Application volume in January was lower than estimated due to slower initial word-of-mouth outside Sweden. Partner onboarding in Ukraine took longer than anticipated due to communication challenges during power blackouts.
