CARE • SUPPORT • ACTION

We started this because the system kept saying no.

A small fund. A big gap. A stubborn belief that women shouldn't have to beg to get through the month.

Founder's Note

"If you're a woman reading this and you're short this month, you're not a burden. You're not a case number. You're a person. And you deserve a hand, not a lecture."

Why I started this

I've spent years watching women get told no.

No, you earn too much for welfare. No, your sick pay is revoked. No, you're not sick enough. No, you're too old to hire. No, you applied for 300 jobs but you weren't "actively looking."

I cried in Poland. I cried in Ukraine. I cried in Sweden, in a waiting room, listening to a woman explain that she had cancer and no money for the bus to treatment.

So I stopped waiting for someone else to fix it.

CSA Volunteers is small on purpose. Fast on purpose. It doesn't try to replace the welfare system. It fills the gap the welfare system leaves behind.

— Founder, CSA Volunteers

What we're here to do

Send small, fast, dignified grants to women in Europe who fall between the cracks.

That's it. That's the mission.

No empire building. No conferences. No branded tote bags.

Just money, moving quickly, from people who care to women who need it.

What CSA means

Care

We believe women without making them prove they're "poor enough."

Support

Money, fast, to the woman herself. Not vouchers. Not queues.

Action

Decisions in 24 to 72 hours. Reports every three months. No hiding.

What we stand for

Dignity first

No woman should have to prove she's poor enough to deserve help. We ask little. We believe you.

Speed matters

A grant that arrives in three weeks is a grant that arrived too late. We decide in 24 to 72 hours.

Show the numbers

Every quarter we publish how many women we helped, how much we sent, and how fast. No hiding.

Stay small

We're not trying to be big. We're trying to be useful. Small means fast. Fast means it works.

The boring but important part

Status update: We are launching our direct assistance efforts as a dedicated grassroots team while formal EU non-profit charity registration plans are underway.

We work with local partners in Sweden, Poland, Ukraine, and other countries. They help us find women who need help, and they vouch for them. We send the money directly to the woman.

We don't pay ourselves big salaries. We don't have an office with a fancy name on the door. We have a laptop, a bank account, and a short list of women who need help this month.

That's the whole operation.
